We are an independent Contract Research Organization based in the United States that offers pre-clinical drug research in state-of-the art, GLP certified research facilities in Eastern Europe. Our testing facilities are supported by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and offer services for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core mission. The CRO was founded to provide the high quality, inexpensive services of these facilities to emerging bio-tech companies in the USA and EU, thereby offering an attractive option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We provide a broad range of preclinical studies including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and full in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the USA and conduct all research in Kiev where labor and lab costs are much lower. Our staff in the U.S. is comprised of only of the organization principals who work directly with customers; we have no marketing costs other than our web site, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have much lower trials conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower workers rates and are able to offer our best pricing for long-term and more complex pre-clinical studies where labor is the most significant portion of the overall price. Since we utilize the same stable international providers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other CROs, we don’t have any cost savings on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical tests. However, regardless of your study protocol and length, our goal is to give our clients the best possible value for their money.
